The room is available for a $50 refundable custodial deposit to the general public and non-profit groups. The community room is available to for-profit groups for a fee of $50 per day plus the $50 refundable custodial deposit.
- Please call 515-992-3185, email us at [email protected], or come in to reserve a room.
- Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis with the director or the assistant director. The meeting room may be reserved up to 6 months in advance.
- The Shelly Cory Community Room is available seven days a week from 8:00 am - 11:00 pm.
- The meeting room is available during library hours.
- A room request form must be filled out and signed within 48 hours of your reservation and your rental fee must be paid 48 hours prior to the use of a room. At that time we will provide you with a key.
- Notify the library 48 hours in advance if your event must be canceled.
- A complete copy of the Meeting Room Policy will be given to you when you return your meeting room request form.
